A useful tool. But, like all things, it needs to be taken in moderation. I don't want total dependency and I don't want the shits/heartburn. I like to drink it only on certain days a week - the days (Mon and Thurs) when I need to get the most done or the most meetings.
Also, don't drink it first thing in the morning! As you may know, there are good and bad times during the day to take your 'ffeine. Your cortisol (which increases awareness) fluctuates throughout the day and you wanna get your fix when it's low. You can be a ffeind 9:30-11 and 1:30-4:30.
